Manuel de Sousa brings over 35 years of experience in the financial market, having worked at JP Morgan in both São Paulo and New York. He led the Investment Banking and Private Equity divisions at Banco Espírito Santo in Brazil.

In 2010, Manuel founded 2bCapital through a joint venture with Banco Bradesco, successfully raising the 2bCapital I fund with institutional investors. He oversaw the entire investment and divestment cycle at 2bCapital and contributed to Bradesco's proprietary investments. In April 2025, he founded Square Capital.

Manuel holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Lisbon and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is accredited by the CVM as a certified investment manager.

Guilherme Quintão brings over 21 years of private equity experience. He served as Managing Director at 2bCapital from 2011 to 2025. Prior to that, he was Principal at Cartesian Capital Group, a global private equity firm with headquarters in the United States and operations across Latin America, from 2006 to 2011. He began his career as an Analyst at AIG Capital Partners from 1999 to 2001.

During this period, Guilherme served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Leveros, WDC Networks, H. Hemo, DAUS, Ser Educacional, and SkyOne. In April 2025, he founded Square Capital. Guilherme holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (1998) and an MBA from INSEAD (2002). He is also accredited by the CVM as a certified investment manager.

Rodrigo Restivo brings over 15 years of financial market experience, including nearly 11 years as an investment professional at 2bCapital. During his tenure, he was involved in sourcing hundreds of investment opportunities, executing and monitoring five investments, completing three divestments, and one IPO, while also acting as point of contact for investors. Prior to that, he worked in Investment Banking at Itaú BBA and in the advisory firm Pulsar Invest. In April 2025, Rodrigo founded Square Capital.
He holds a degree in Business Management from FGV-EAESP (2011), a CGA/ANBIMA certification (2018), and is accredited by the CVM as a certified investment manager. Rodrigo serves as Director of Compliance and Risk Management.
